We arrived in Manila just as scheduled on the 11th... and made our way to the boat… again, just as we had hoped. It was actually quite amazing to see Roxas Boulevard with so little traffic… and so CLEAN! Maybe the fact that we were traveling on Monday the 11th… the day before the June 12th Filipino Independence day celebration contributed to the missing traffic with people making it a 4 day weekend instead of working on Monday and being off on Tuesday too. Either way we were happy to make our way to the pier with no delays.
